Pre-launch Terms
The practical expectations that apply while VIS BUILD is being evaluated before its full commercial launch.
Who the service is for
VIS BUILD is intended for authorised strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, physiotherapists, physical and sports therapists, and the organisations they work with. It is not currently offered directly to children as a consumer service.
Trial access
Trial access is for evaluating the platform. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors while the product is being developed. Trial users must keep account details secure and tell us promptly if they believe access has been compromised.
Professional responsibility
VIS BUILD supports professional decision-making but does not replace qualified coaching, clinical judgement, safeguarding procedures or emergency care. Practitioners remain responsible for the programmes they approve, the interpretation of reports and the suitability of decisions for each athlete.
Data and permissions
Users must only enter information they are authorised to use. Organisations remain responsible for confirming their lawful basis, permissions, safeguarding arrangements and internal access controls, particularly where records concern young athletes or health-related information.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Do not interfere with the platform, security controls or other trials.
- Do not present automated summaries as a substitute for professional review.
Ownership and feedback
VIS BUILD and its software, branding and original content remain the property of their respective owner. Users retain responsibility for material they submit. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying the person or organisation that supplied it unless agreed otherwise.
